I had some Italian Sausage ready to be cooked the other day, and was not in the mood for our usual meal of pasta & sauce. After hitting Google, I made up an Italian stir-fry. It was super easy & a nice change! I added in shredded carrots, and used a can of diced tomatoes instead of fresh.

69. Babysit Autumn so Nancy can have a date night (complete)

My BFF was celebrating her 3rd anniversary this week. Glen & I watched Autumn for a few hours so they could go out and eat some yummy sushi. Three years ago, I was pregnant with Caleb & Autumn was not even a thought yet. We both now realize that a date night is super important. Bring Autumn over anytime - we love her:)
